How the hell does the car go through the fence?

Read this opinion elsewhere and thats a good answer but it didn't flip up when the cops rode at the fence.


perhaps the car simply went around the fence, or (less likely), the fence wasn't fixed at the bottom and it flipped up and back down as the car passed under?
