I hate litter. Especially fly tipping. Sometimes it's the planners fault along with the L/Pool council.
Why put a load of shrubs next to factories that will never get looked after. ? That's what they did by Long Lane. The weeds have took over all the shrubs and the litter is everywhere in between. Nobody cleans it up.:PDT_Xtremez_42:

In Wirral we used to have a rubbish collection called ERIC. This was a bin wagon that used to collect all your junk and rubbish. This was free to all. You had to phone and book the service. They would even shift the rubbish if you weren't in. It was stopped and fly tipping increased. What was that about.
