Cisco put us at a rating of 31st in the world BB and said two of the poorer countires were in better shape in respect to BB.

I don't know much about computers and the internet. I download songs and can watch programmes/films online so my connection is fast enough for now.

Its not about the average household,its about the BB infastructure will not and cannot cope with the demands of the buisness side of things in the coming years/future.
