Is the Mic on? Oh hello...

Well, I don't know where to start! I have been browsing quite often over here so I thought it was high time to sign up! I am already a member of two other forums (Liverpool Pictorial and SABRE (that's the roadies). I was a member of Simtropolis but I have grown a little tired of SC4, so I have stopped going there.

Although I am sat ontop of a hill in Northumberland (mores the pity :sad: ) I am moving back home to Wallasey to continue me education (It's a long story!). I can't wait to be back, I was there last week (1st July-10th July) but unfortunatly I had to go back up the hill.

When I visit (and possibly when I am a resident once again!) I like to buy a Saveaway ticket from Queen Sqaure or Birkenhead Bus Station and go around Liverpool, Knowsley (especially Huyton) and Sefton (well, Bootle and surround) armed with my trusty camera. I did have a liverpoolsuburbia site, but I had to give it up for the duration as my updates were very few and far apart (due to the fact I am 150 miles away!) so, I am hoping to start it up again after collecting a vast amount of images from around the city and surrounds.

My current "hotspots" to do with the city are...

--> The decline of some suburban districts (e.g Garston)
--> Edge Lane/Welsh Streets Scheme
--> Buses in the city. Now that Glenvale has gone, why do i get the impression that bus capacity in the region has gone down? Those that we do have are also slightly old and tired (apart from the new 86 buses to the airport)

So, there you have it. A little bit of me in nutshell!

Now I don't know how to finish my post properly so I will just dot, dot, dot
