Erm! yes Kev its Millenium house or the former Municipal Council building

You're right about it being the Municipal George and it still is. Millenium House is the former Echo office on Victoria Street though. ;)

Municipal Buildings, Dale Street. Attended many a meeting in this building. Some lovely features inside.
