Pravda is notorious for its well... less than thorough research. The image is a weird angle and is one of those High Dynamic Range images that can be achived with photoshop.

Pravda used to be the state newspaper of the Soviet Party. It was shut down in 1991 but another tabloid newspaper took it's name. They are very much like the News of the World meets the Daily Sport. They often mention UFOs, abductions and weird things like that...

I don't think the current Pravda newspaper and news website are connected, the former being left-wing and the latter being right-wing in political sympathies.
