Perhaps someone bought a house off them described as in Aigburth and then found it wasn't !! How about this one from their web site:

19 Hawarden Avenue, Aigburth, Liverpool, Merseyside, L17 2AJ

That's right just off Smithdown Rd and nowhere near Aigburth
