WOOOOOO!

No more Harrison hopefully.

Big waste of talent who just couldn't mentally hack it as a pro!

Wasted his talent proper man, had the skills and size to do it but it's nothing without the mental side!

Dire Harrison outpointed by Guinn

Harrison is still to prove he's a genuine heavyweight contender
Audley Harrison's career could be over after slumping to a unanimous points decision to America's Dominick Guinn at Rancho Mirage in California.

The 34-year-old Harrison was fighting for the first time since his much-derided defeat by fellow Briton Danny Williams last December.

But it was another dismal showing by Harrison, who only awoke from his slumber at the end of the final round.

Harrison, who won Olympic gold in 2000, has now lost two of his 21 paid fights.

It was also a crossroads fight for former contender Guinn, 30, who had lost three of his last five contests.

Seems Danny's doing better though since he came back from his bad loss to Klitschko so hope he goes far as he can do it as long as his heads there which has been at the moment with Skelton and Fraudley.

When he beats Skelton again then it's onto his shot at the European title.:celb (23):

Oh my god, ITV are showing it too at the end of April.

I might watch it just for a laugh.

Harrison vows to battle on
Apr 16 2006

Audley Harrison insists he has no intention of hanging up his gloves despite suffering a second successive defeat in California.

A lacklustre Harrison was easily beaten on points by America's Dominick Guinn in a 10-round contest at Rancho Mirage, going down by scores of 98-92 and 97-93 twice to a man who had won only one of his previous five bouts.

However, a defiant Harrison told The Sunday Telegraph: "I've got to re-galvanise myself. Dominick Guinn is a good fighter and I went 10 rounds with him. I'm obviously disappointed but I've just got to go back to the drawing board. This ain't over yet."

He added: "I had a good training camp. The team sacrificed a lot and I sacrificed a lot but I just didn't get the victory.

"I've got to keep working at it. I'm close but I just haven't come over the mountain yet. I'm going to get there. I'll work it out, definitely.

"Guinn is obviously going to move forward and I'm going to move back. I've got to sit down with the team and see where we go from here. But if the mind is willing and the body is able, there will be opportunities."

He didn't even try though!

If he had tried then he wouldn't be called a Fraud.

He steps up and if he had won this one, then maybe you could of said the Williams fight was a kick in the arse to him to get real but he did the same thing again!:disgust:
