What Rafa said was spot on, if he'd rested Gerrard he'd be hammered by the muppets, if he plays him in every game and he get's injured then he get's blamed for that too.

As far as being 'almost out of league contention' goes............if second place two points behind the leaders means we have little chance I'd hate to think where that leaves the rest of the dross that's behind us right now.:rolleyes:

Good luck Scouse mouse but I think you're gonna need that scouse duo again. Carra marshalled Cahill very well last night but did have his work cut out with Osman, he can't be expected to do everything. I did think Kuyt wanted to go dancing with Cahill at one time such was his 'hands on' approach brilliantly highlighted for about a pure 20 seconds during one corner.
