Benitez has been moaning for weeks, i'm sick to death of his violins, he was top of the league and instead of pushing the momentum forward he decided to get the violins out and attack fergie, then his neighbours, not forgetting stoke , now hes out the cup, almost out of league contention ( if you can slip that far in 3 weeks and still be a viable contender with a pretender at the helm ) he's lost the plot completely. His credibility must be at an all time low,

Would not say Liverpool are out of the league though.

They are definitely not out of the league as to who will come 2nd.

So poor StevieG needed a rest - Arrrrrrr.

9 of our players have played in the 3 derbies and against Arsenal and Man Utd in a 2 games a week scenerio, he doesn't know when he's got it good.

As always, we see their worth without captain marvel and it's not usually up to much. Luckily it's Portsmouth for them next, they lie down, roll over and have their bellies tickled usually.

When is Jag going to be taken seriously for the England team?

Imagine Everton with a couple of top class strikers.

Another bluenose who must have conveniently slept through Moyse's latest whinge.

What Rafa said was spot on, if he'd rested Gerrard he'd be hammered by the muppets, if he plays him in every game and he get's injured then he get's blamed for that too.

As far as being 'almost out of league contention' goes............if second place two points behind the leaders means we have little chance I'd hate to think where that leaves the rest of the dross that's behind us right now.

It would be nice to see you win it now that we are out.

I'll take our league position and making it through to the knock out stages in the Champion's league any day of the week though.:PDT11

Good luck Scouse mouse but I think you're gonna need that scouse duo again. Carra marshalled Cahill very well last night but did have his work cut out with Osman, he can't be expected to do everything. I did think Kuyt wanted to go dancing with Cahill at one time such was his 'hands on' approach brilliantly highlighted for about a pure 20 seconds during one corner. He didn't even have his eyes on where the ball was coming from - is that this zonal marking they keep going on about then? Geerard out for 3 wks says radio merseyside.
