We have had so many new developments go up near where I live...mixture of apartments and houses.....and my are they small.....and the cost of them is unbelievable.....a two bed poky little flat costs upwards of ?250,000....:shock:

We were looking at some new ones that were being built recently... the lounge area looked smaller than my box room....:shock:
