View Full Version : Liverbird icon changed in IE??!!

only a little thing I noticed when I just switched my PC on.

I had to load IE and Firefox to do summat and noticed that the Liverbird icon for Yo has been altered to a face in IE. It's been a Liverbird ever since I joined so I thought it odd.

here's a screencap to show what I mean...

top one is IE with the new face and Firefox below shows the Liverbird that use to be on both....just checked Safari and that has the Liverbird too.

I've noticed a couple of posts being removed, to keep the peace I guess, but who changed the icon?!:shock:

I use IE and have just had a look at mine. It still shows the Liver Bird (time 1345hrs)

Check yours again .

I've still got the Wayne Rooney lookalike.

Mine is ok.
However there's a virus going round called IE. It hijacks your pc and you can't do sod all in the end but get it formatted. Check out IE virus.

whatever it was I've fixed it now. deleted everything connected with Yo then accessed Yo through Google and bookmarked it that way. so now I have the Liverbird back.

all very strange. :ninja:

it was just a cross index file in IE, Cashe, by emptying the internet cashe you solved the problem.:PDT11

Either that or you're being haunted by Wayne Rooney (don't tell Tom Slemen!)

I have the icon here at work but for some reason it doesn't show on my home system.
